Office Administrator

(Full Time)

The Cal Kaiser Home Team is looking for a high capacity individual with experience in Office Administration to join our fast-paced, growing Team. We are looking for an organized, responsible professional, accountable for providing a wide range of administrative support to the team in a friendly and efficient manner.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering a high volume of calls and inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Establishing and maintaining good relations with clients in a professional and service-orientated manner
  • Using a variety of software applications (primarily MS office Suite) and online programs to complete tasks
  • Filing, data entry and general office duties
